T-Shirt Press Operator (Schaumburg)

We are T-shirt printing/DTF business located in Schaumburg, IL.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented T-Shirt Press Operator to join our DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing team.

Responsibilities:

Operate heat press and DTF printing equipment

Prepare and press transfers on T-shirts and other garments

Inspect quality and ensure orders are completed accurately

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

Experience with DTF or screen printing preferred, but not required — training provided

Ability to stand for extended periods

Attention to detail and reliability are a must

Basic English helpful

This position is suitable for women who are detail-oriented and enjoy light production work.

Hours: Full-time

Compensation: $15–$16 per hour depending on experience
