Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management: Oversee production planning, staffing, and day-to-day operations ensuring a motivated and high-performing team that embraces our core values.

Production Monitoring: Keep a close eye on production orders and schedules to meet delivery dates and product specifications while maintaining a safe working environment.

Operational Coordination: Prepare operational schedules and manage manufacturing activities ensuring top-notch quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.

Train and Coach Employees: Supervise, train, and mentor manufacturing staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

Solid grasp of manufacturing operations, maintenance, and basic assembly principles

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

Highly motivated, confident, energetic with a positive attitude and driven to lead

Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access) for data analysis and reporting
