Balemaster, a division of Kadant, is a well-established manufacturer of industrial balers and shredders located in Crown Point, IN. We have the following position available:

Mechanical Assembler

Requirements include (but are not limited to):

Assembly of fabricated and purchased mechanical parts to build recycling machinery.

Ability to assemble and disassemble various components

Read blueprints, drawing, measurements and engineering parts lists for proper machine assembly

Safely utilize hand and power tools to aid in mechanical assembly

Use a file, grinder, sander or other tool to produce proper fit between parts

Full time, Monday – Friday, Day Shift
