Production Supervisor (Full-Time, 2nd Shift)

We have an immediate need for a Production Supervisor for our client's Bloomingdale warehouse location. The focus of this role is to produce a high-quality product within customer expectations and deadline requirements while following the proper white-glove service processes. The role is responsible for tracking, organizing, executing, and shipping the preparation of all product kits during daily warehouse operations.

Key Accountabilities

- 2nd Shift Supervisor (4:30pm - 3:00am, Monday-Friday), Manage and Hold Your Team Accountable (Oversee Line Leads)

- Verify and enter Production Worksheets before submission

- Inventory Management

- Meeting production goals and timelines and drive efficiency

- Quality control

Required Experience

- Bilingual – proficient in Spanish and English

- 5+ years of production experience

- 2+ years of food environment experience

- 2+ years of leadership role experience

- Self-motivated and driven with a proactive approach

- Competence using ERP, Excel, and Microsoft Office
