Responsibilities:

Hiring new drivers

Generate and manage driver leads throughout the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and processing driver candidates

Filter and seek driver candidates based on LTI's geographical needs, operational needs, and safety requirements

Utilize alternative avenues to generate your own driver leads that satisfy our hiring requirements

Proccess the proper reports and documents to ensure drivers meet our qualifications: MVRs, PSPs, DAC, Verification of Employments, etc.

Russian, Ukrainian, Moldavian,Serbian languages is a good bonus.
