Part-Time Line Cook Needed

We are looking for a part time & evenings only experienced line cook for a popular Greek restaurant in Wilmette, IL. This person should be experienced in the food industry. Prior restaurant experience is suggested.

Some responsibilities include:

Cooking Greek dishes during the brunch & dinner hours

Purchase/Order supplies

Supervise independently all the operations of the kitchen, its cook staff, etc.

Effective communication abilities.

Be a team player and have a hands-on approach
