Experienced Server Assistant

Saigon Sisters Restaurant is currently seeking an experienced Server Assistant to join our team for our upscale-casual dinner service in the West Loop. We are looking for a dynamic, polished individual who is a self-starter with a strong emphasis on service and attention to detail. Applicants must be 21 years or older with "open availability from 3:00 pm to close" from Tuesday to Saturday (we are closed on Sundays, Mondays, and major holidays).

Responsibilities include:

Serve guests with friendliness and efficiency, following service steps and clearing tables for positive experiences

Record orders accurately, process payments, and balance sales/receipts meticulously

Supporting the owner and culinary team

Providing exceptional customer service

Assisting the lead server in ensuring guest satisfaction

Coordinating communication between the lead server and kitchen team

Cashier duties

Tech-savviness is a must
