FOH Shift Manager- Bartoli's Pizzeria

Bartoli's Pizzeria is hiring a full and part time FOH shift manager. We are a family-owned, award-winning, fast-casual/ delivery pizzeria with two locations in the Roscoe Village/ Lakeview and West Town neighborhood . We have been featured on Cooking Channel, Travel Channel, Chicago's Best, Chicago Magazine, and ABC 7 Chicago News for our (#1), award-winning, deep-dish recipe, and famous Chicago style thin crust.

Responsibilities

Managers-

Shift managers are the leaders of the team and operations. They ensure quality control, packaging compliance, expediting and inventory control. Shift managers are responsible to make sure all Front of House duties are completed. Leaders set the example for all employees. Monitoring store performance indicators and making necessary adjustments is a part of a managers daily responsibility. Shift managers must have the ability to manage a high volume pizzeria/ restaurant.

-Possess great leadership skills

-You must be self motivated, friendly and responsible

-High level of motivation and ability to follow instructions

-Ability to motivate team members/ set the example

-Train employees

-Excellent communication skills

-Must be able to thrive in a high volume fast pace environment

-Exemplary hospitality skills

-Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

-Work (40+ hrs/week) and ability to stand up to 11 hrs per day

-Ability to work extra days and times when required

-1-3 years experience as a manager
