The Marketing Specialist will work with a range of clients within and beyond NM.Responsibilities:The Marketing Specialist is an important individual contributor within the Marketing division. They support the manager/team in identified projects that often include multi-tasking various projects with the ability to anticipate and communicate needs of the project with the manager. The Marketing Specialist creates building blocks of NM’s marketing plans and, in doing so, learns fundamentals of strategic marketing.  They are expected to be collaborative, results driven and deliver flawless execution of their projectsThe Marketing Specialist supports the manager in the execution of assigned/identified projects:Understands the scope and objectives of assigned projects and delivers against those objectives.Develops key elements of the marketing plan and/or the creation of marketing materials.Supports strong internal client relationships by understanding internal client needs, delivering high quality materials/plans, and effectively managing feedback.ADDENDUM: DHI TransplantResponsibilities:Support the Digestive Health Institute (DHI) and Department of Transplant Surgery with social media activities that promote their work to both consumer and physician audiencesServe as the main coordinator for social media content planning and executionDevelop and implement social media strategies across the DHI and Transplant channelsModerate all channels in line with brand voice guidelinesReview and analyze social analytics and generate reports with meaningful takeawaysSkills:In-app social media design knowledge (ex: Instagram Reels and Stories, carousel posts, music overlay, trending sounds, transitions, native copy features, hashtags, polls, emojis, GIFs, stickers, etc.)Graphic design expertise (ex: Canva, Adobe, Photoshop, etc.)Video editing expertise (ex: Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)Social media management tools (ex: Sprout Social)Project management tools (ex: Workfront)Deep understanding of multiple social media platformsStaying on top of emerging social media trendsCross-team collaboration and effective communicationOrganization and attention to detailRequirements:Familiarity with social media KPIsSocial media copywriting experience (ex: AP style preferred)Strong filming and camera operating experience, including framing, lighting, and audio capabilitiesComfortable interviewing skillsSolid understanding of storytelling and script writingAbility and willingness to travel to different hospitals across the health systemConfidence in front of clinical leadership
