The Cloud Infrastructure - Technology Engineering - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Develop routine solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components under the guidance of more experienced team members.Support mission critical infrastructure, ensuring maxiumum availability and limited downtime.Understand the end-to-end performance of fundamental IT platforms.Draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.Gather and report on the performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.
