US Strategy Manager
Illinois, Chicago, 60601 Chicago USAThe Strategy & Planning team within US Strategic Insights & Prioritization acts as internal strategy consultants, providing thought leadership and actionable insights to support major strategic growth initiatives, across pillars such as Marketing, Digital and People. We use a combination of consumer, and internal data to understand and communicate industry trends as well as our own performance to our key partners. We generate insights to find opportunities to prioritize and optimize our initiatives.  We help bring both tactical and long-term strategies to life across our network of over 14,000 US restaurants.Position descriptionThe Strategy & Analytics team guides and supports growth-oriented priorities. This includes defining the 3-year and 1-year strategies for the US business, identifying sources of future growth along with risks, and providing business analysis.In the US Strategy Manager role, you could contribute to these priorities through the following ways:Collaborate with Strategy team, SLT, and growth driver leads to facilitate strategic planning processLead and shape US strategic priorities thorough collaboration and elevation of strategic discussions throughout the systemLead strategic deep dives initiated by the US Senior Leadership TeamDevelop executive-level communications regarding the outlook of the industry, competitive intelligence, and US businessPartner with Business Performance teams to align on narratives, financial impact of strategy and effect of changing business conditionsWork with Prioritization team to ensure initiatives are resourced to support the strategyBenefits eligible: Yes

The expected salary range for this role is $112,860-$143,900 per year
