Human Resources Coordinator
Illinois, Chicago, 60601 Chicago USACamping World is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This position will be located in Chicago, IL and will work a hybrid schedule of three days a week in the downtown office or Lincolnshire Headquarters.As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Departments. This role will report into the Recruiting Operations Manager and assist recruiters with administrative tasks such as posting requisitions, interview scheduling, sourcing, offer letters, background checks, assessments, and candidate management. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, efficient, and able to multi-task. Works closely with the corporate TA team to perform key administrative tasks throughout the recruiting cycle, including, but not limited to:job postings, sourcing resumes and coordinating interviews, transferring data into the ATS System (Workday).
Performs general administrative functions, such as data entry, preparing letters, reports and memos, some of which will be confidential.
Supports HR Leadership on initiatives that align with Talent Acquisition, Human Capital Management and Social Responsibility objectives.
Supports background check and onboarding activities as needed.
Completes tasks within our applicant tracking system (ATS) maintaining a deep understanding of current and future functionalities.
Gathers, completes, and presents various talent acquisition statistics as a need for example, open/closed requisitions, time-to-fill, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need to Have for the Role:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
Previous TA or HR experience strongly preferred.
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred)and/or CRM (Phenom).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (working experience with Excel strongly preferred).
Ability to maintain professional demeanor and strict confidentiality.
Effective communicator with the ability to build relations with all levels of leadership.
Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes.
Ability to multitask and keen attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with sense of urgency to resolve issues promptly.
