Illinois, Chicago, 60601 Chicago USADescription Our client, an esteemed law firm in Chicago is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join their team!Responsibilities:
Advise and assist clients with estate planning and wealth management
Organize and build sound estate plans, including drafting wills, trusts, and power of attorney
Handle probate and trust administration, including probate court filings and tax returns
Maintain professional relationships with clients while understanding their goals and needs
Navigate complex tax laws applicable to estates and trusts
Continually keep updated with the latest legal changes and advancements in estate law, tax laws, and financial industry to ensure the relevance of advice given to the clients
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in estate planning
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with financial planning and tax laws is highly desirable
