Analysis of financial statements including spreading into the correct formats

completing loan presentations in LP vision

completing risk analysis via AIRB

requesting appraisal through RIMS

uploading financials and covenant compliance certificates into RM Central

updating Salesforce

communicating with the clients on needed information and requesting answers to questions that arise

developing the ability to appropriately structure a deal including covenants and reporting requirements

market research to compare the client to others in the area including becoming familiar with government websites and eCap Intel
