Kick-start your summer in our Strategy Consultant Development Program to learn the latest strategy skills  

Build your network during office events and volunteer opportunities to gain a sense of inclusion and diversity 

Work collaboratively on teams dedicated to developing data-driven insights and recommendations to support client business objectives 

Practice the art of storytelling and build presentation skills  

Use data visualization skills, charts, graphs and other data models to bring your analysis to life 

Be an ambassador of our worldwide organization that promotes respect for the individual and the recruitment of top talent

Here’s what you need:   

1- Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree one of the following schools:

University of Chicago (Booth), University of Virginia (Darden), University of Washington (Foster), Duke University (Fuqua), Northwestern University (Kellogg), UT Austin (McCombs), University of Michigan (Ross), University of Pennsylvania (Wharton) , Carnegie Melon University (Tepper), Cornell University (Johnson), Emory University ( Goizuet a ), Georgia Tech University (Scheller), New York University (Stern), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Sloan), or University of North Carolina ( Kenan-Flagler)

2 - Or, a member or affiliated with one of the following partnerships: Consortium, Forte, or Reaching Out MBA

3- Anticipated graduation date (at the time of application) of December 2025 through August 2026 4 - Comfort working with visualization tools ( PowerBI , Tableau, Alteryx) and/or programming languages (R, Python, Julia, SQL)    Accenture is looking for candidates with a variety of backgrounds including General Management, Data & Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, Technology, Finance, Marketing, and Industry.    Bonus points if you:   

Know you still have a lot to learn and are willing to be a lifelong learner 

Have genuine interest and desire to learn about emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI) and their ability to reinvent the way our clients work 

Have a passion for problem solving and possess strong business and financial acumen 

Can apply industry and/or functional knowledge in a consulting context to help clients with valuable insights and solutions  

Feel comfortable leading workshops, asking others for input and telling stories in a presentation style 

Skilled in data analytics and capable of abstracting insights to hypothesize on big picture themes  

Have a professional proficiency using Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)  

Have comfort working with visualization tools ( PowerBI , Tableau, Alteryx)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
