Provides support for a wide range of compensation programs and policies that inform future decisions regarding the design and implementation of programs to support the company's business strategies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to review, analysis and recommendation of base compensation, short term incentives and the participation in salary surveys, ad-hoc position evaluation and pricing.What You Will Do – Primary Capabilities and Responsibilities

Organized and Detail-Oriented: Meticulously manage compensation data, plan eligibility, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Self-Starter: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and take ownership of compensation-related responsibilities.

Effective Communication Skills: Clearly communicate compensation plan information both in writing and verbally. Assist in developing proposals and presentations related to compensation programs. Share and represent data in a way that demonstrates conclusions or presents alternative solutions.

Data Interpretation: Summarize difficult-to-understand data effectively to aid efficient decision-making by management. Analyze compensation data sets to make informed decisions regarding salary structures, bonuses, and incentives. Conduct internal and external market analysis.

Adaptability and Multitasking: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple timelines, stakeholder requests, and deliverables. Contribute to special Reward projects as necessary, particularly those that have data analytics as a heavy lift.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Work effectively with colleagues, HR partners, and stakeholders to achieve compensation goals. Support the compensation team with the annual planning process. Support the continued development, rollout, and maintenance of Job Architecture.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Education & Experience Requirements:

2-4 years of Compensation Analyst experience, preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other relevant area preferred

Certified Compensation Professional, preferred

Skills:

General understanding of compensation principles, including base pay, incentives, bonuses, and equity.

Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, Equal Pay Act).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong excel skills.

Proficient in analyzing compensation data, market surveys, and trends.

Skilled in evaluating job roles, creating job descriptions, and benchmarking positions against industry standards.
