Sr. Mortgage Business Process Consultants, W2, Remote

TEKsystems is partnering with a large client of ours in search of 2 Sr. Business Process Consultants who have good worked specifically on mortgage projects.Please see the details below, these roles are 12 month contracts, 100% remote. Must work W2.

Identifies opportunities to improve operations by analyzing data, listening to customer calls, interviewing staff, and observing workflows.

Leads performance improvement implementations.

Documents processes and process flows. Drives the development and enhancement of reporting metrics.

Partners with internal teams and external partners to define implementation requirements and timelines. Ensures operational readiness for all implementations, technology, and process changes.

Assess root causes and solutions for issues that arise.

Oversight of Third-Party Servicing Vendor.

Minimum

Bachelor's degree in business, arts and sciences, or related field

3+ years of experience in customer service or financial services operations

In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in customer service or financial services operations

Experience in Mortgage Servicing with some knowledge over payment processing, SCRA, escrow, loss mitigation, foreclosure, collections, bankruptcy, credit bureau reporting, and general mortgage account maintenance.

Experience in 3rd party vendor oversight and portfolio monitoring.
