Participants Needed to Test a Survey Questionnaire - $60 Paid

RTI International, a not-for-profit research organization, is seeking English and Spanish-speaking participants to help test an online survey questionnaire being developed with the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH).

This survey will help CDPH learn about the health of people in your neighborhood and how to make things better. For example, survey results will help CDPH create programs to reduce smoking, improve access to health services, and ensure all Chicagoans can get healthy food.

Adults 18 and over are encouraged to complete a short screening instrument to determine eligibility to take part in this survey.

If selected, participants will receive a $60 VISA e-incentive for participation in a 60-minute virtual interview. All information provided will be kept private.
