The integrated full-service solutions leverage a 95-year legacy in event management as well as new technologies to deliver moments that matter.SummaryThe Event Setup Consultant is responsible for working closely with Sales and Clients to create the online ordering experience for exhibitors while ensuring data quality, accuracy and integrity within the corporate environment. Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in and knowledge of Venue & City specific information in a specific region, Freeman products and services and Freeman pricing structure. Supports service goals of accuracy and consistency.This position will support our Customer Experience team and is eligible to work a remote schedule.Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for providing exceptional customer experience to internal and external customers.

Ensures successful production of all aspects of the event setup process including service manual forms, price master and the ecommerce website.

Follows up with internal and external customers in an accurate and timely manner.

Responds to inquiries from customers or company personnel regarding the event setup process.

Maintains knowledge of the business organization, systems, data, and information for data quality and integrity.

Provides and maintains the high level of accuracy and excellent customer service for which Freeman is known.

Adheres to department timelines and schedules.

Ensures that departmental metrics and quality assurance ratings are achieved.

Communicates well verbally and in writing. Provides excellent customer service over the phone and via email with internal and external customers.

Maintain current and accurate knowledge of all exhibitor products and services.

Manages multiple event setup projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.

Responsible for continuously evaluating and communicating the overall timeline of event setup to Sales as information changes and deadline dates occur.

Responsible for keeping task status up to date to ensure team has visibility.

Gather and analyze data on key products and/or information to provide guidance to Sales on elements they should be including / not including in the online ordering experience.

Coordinates and interfaces with other internal departments to ensure successful implementation of event setup requirements.

Process, research and resolve complex requirements and inquiries to ensure satisfaction with Sales and Clients.

Ascertain Sales / Client requirements and provide recommendations and appropriate solutions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent

2+ years of customer service experience
