The Attorney position is a long-term contract opportunity in the Chicago, Illinois, area.Your responsibilities in this role

Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

Communicate with clients and opposing counsel

Analyze and summarize legal documents

Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

Requirements - Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

Construction law experience

Well-founded grasp of contract negotiation

Proficiency in Construction Documents

Contract Management experience

Proven knowledge of contract law

Construction experience required

Solid understanding of construction

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

Licensed attorney

Above-average academic credentials and references
