Revenue Analyst 2

The Revenue Analyst II will be responsible for day to day billing/revenue activities for a book of clients and answering inquiries from client teams and other internal groups while processing monthly reporting in various areas. Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess transactional billing ordersReview supporting documentation to determine validityProcess invoices and manage delivery to the clientsGenerate client specific reporting Maintain deactivated account A/R by processing in timely mannerProcess and maintain refund requests through various systemsOversee Deposit A/R with internal teamsMaintain internal controlsAnswer inquiries from clients as well as internal groups Special projects as neededMaintain Salesforce financial updates and process updates through various systemsCreate and maintain client set up related to A/R in various systemsMonitor Jira ticket system for customer A/R issuesContribute to a cohesive departmental unit; promote team environmentPromote open intra/interdepartmental communication channels
