Immigration Analyst

Role: Immigration Analyst Work location: Chicago, Illinois remote JOB DESCRIPTION: Prepare, audit and release standard reports. Conduct monthly Data Integrity Audits. Build and audit ad hoc reporting requests. Supporting the team members in implementing process changes, documentation of SOPs, audit of SOPs. Collaboration with IAS leads as needed for special projects and reporting requests. Regular communication with offshore teams to support all aspects of reporting and data integrity delivery. SharePoint support to manage access and guide teams on proper use of sites. SharePoint site audits Analytics support Skills: Minimum 1-3 years of US business experience in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Strong proficiency with the MS Office Suite, Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in Word, and PowerPoint. Nonimmigrant business immigration expertise experience a plus (ex. H-1B, L-1, TN & E-3 Excellent time-management skills, accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Creative problem solving.
