Job Description

Collinwood is helping our client who is looking for Java Full Stack Developers to work in teams on their new Connect platform, a unified, global, open data ecosystem powered by Microsoft Azure. Our clients around the world rely on Connect data and insights to innovate and grow.

What we need

5+ years of applicable software engineering experience
Strong fundamentals with experience in back-end and front-end object-oriented programming, including proficiency in Java, Springboot and Angular
Familiarity integrating Restful APIs and an understanding of microservices architecture
Solid knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface across cross-functional technology teams and the business
Minimum B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field

What we would prefer

Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure would be desirable
Spark framework with Scala or Python are a plus.
