customers experience an amazing "scentsational" fragrance journey. Customers can book a class or Create A Custom

In this role you will:

Interact with customers via video chat, email, chat, text or phone to address inquiries, provide scent consultations, schedule sessions, resolve issues, and provide information about our products or services. Identify customer needs and concerns, and proactively find solutions to meet their requirements. Suggest additional products and upgrades to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

Applicants must have suitable working technology (phone/computer), a separate quiet workspace and internet service.

Pay: $17.50-$22.50 depending on experience

This is a Part-time Position
