We are looking for a passionate, energetic and dedicated individual to join our ranks as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer support questions over the phone, utilizing current knowledge to resolve issues and researching solutions for any problems which cannot be solved immediately via email.

Responsibilities:

Receive and process telephone inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

Provide customers with detailed information about our services.

Process information, enter orders into computer system and send to shipping personnel.

Refer customer questions to appropriate company departments.

Be courteous and helpful to customers.

Be able to work well with other team members.
