Full-time

As a valet parking attendant, you're the face of hospitality and efficiency for guests arriving at hotels, restaurants, or event venues. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service while safely parking and retrieving guests' vehicles.

We are looking for 2+ years experience in the field.

To drive a vehicle on a daily basis

To maintain clean driving record ( we are running the MVR history)

Your day typically begins by setting up the valet station, ensuring it's clean, organized, and ready to accommodate incoming vehicles. As guests arrive, you greet them warmly, assist them out of their vehicles if needed, and take note of any special requests or instructions regarding their vehicle.

Using your knowledge of the parking area, you carefully drive each vehicle to the designated parking spot, ensuring it's parked securely and efficiently. This may involve navigating tight spaces and adhering to parking regulations to maximize the use of available space.

Throughout your shift, you maintain constant communication with your team members to coordinate vehicle movements and ensure smooth operation of the valet service. You also remain attentive to guests' needs, providing assistance with luggage or directions if required.

During peak hours or busy periods, you might find yourself multitasking, juggling multiple vehicles and guests' requests simultaneously. In these moments, your ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize tasks becomes crucial.

Safety is paramount in your role. You must operate vehicles responsibly, obeying traffic laws and adhering to company policies to prevent accidents or damage to guests' vehicles.

At the end of your shift, you return each vehicle promptly to its owner, offering a final thank-you and ensuring their experience was satisfactory. You might also assist with settling any parking fees or answering questions guests may have before they depart.

In summary, as a valet parking attendant, you serve as the first and last point of contact for guests, providing them with a seamless and enjoyable parking experience while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.
