Quality Engineer

Actalent is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer for a tier one automotive supplier here in the Greater St. Louis area! Description:The Quality Engineer will lead and manage the advance quality control activities in coordination with the Launch Engineer to get processes set up for new launch parts to go into production. This person will serve as liaison between internal and external stakeholders. They will be the voice of the customer as their job will be to know customer specifications and order requirements and communicate that to plant personnel.Skills:Quality engineering, root cause analysis, process improvement, ppap, apqp, apqp documentationTop Skills Details:Quality engineering, root cause analysis, process improvementAdditional Skills & Qualifications:A degree is mandatory and at least five years of industry experience post degree. Their ideal person will have quality assurance experience and can help teach industry knowledge to the newer team members and interns this summer.
