Job Description:

MUST HAVE 5 years+ construction skilled trades - Do not need experience with all trades but the more the better (plumbing ,carpentry, HVAC, electrical, roofing, ETC.)

Purchase and order parts required for construction projects.

Ability to identify parts from photos

Capability to formulate a list of parts and material needed based on work order information
