We are looking to hire a Registered Nurse!As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse at MercyOne, you will provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally-competent patient care for all age groups requiring stabilization, and/or resuscitation.
Assessment and diagnosis
Outcomes identification
Planning, implementation and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidence-based practice
Triaging and prioritizing care needs
Crisis intervention for unique patient populations
Emergency operations preparedness
Adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA
Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities
