Quality Supervisor

ABOUT THE JOB In this role you will Supervise Quality inspection responsibilities for auditor team to maintain product quality standards in a manufacturing environment.  In addition, you will act as a liaison with Production and cross-functional teams to maintain and improve Production process Quality as directed by Quality Manager.YOUR ROLE: Supervise an Auditor team, which includes managing time & attendance, developing skills and responsibilities, coaching, and other people management tasksEnforce Quality requirements and standards for manufacturing products including inspection areas in ProductionDevelop and maintain standard work and schedules for Auditor teamLead and participate in problem solving events responding to both non-conforming material and continuous improvement initiativesUpdate work instructions, forms and other documents to maintain the Quality SystemMaintain documentation, non-conforming material log, and issue tracking for activities including layered process audits, gemba walks and start-up or shut-down checklist reviews.Support a 24/7 operationActively support the improvement of Health and Safety practices throughout the business.
