With a strong pipeline of new commercial projects starting soon, we’re expanding our workforce and looking for dependable, highly skilled, and motivated field finish carpenters and field cabinet installers who take pride in their work. As our workload continues to increase, we may bring on additional team members for the upcoming season to help support the demand. While some positions may begin as seasonal or project-based, strong performance and continued workload can lead to ongoing opportunities within the company.

Ability to communicate well and work effectively both independently and as part of a Team

Willingness to travel as needed (most work is in the Treasure Valley with some throughout Southern Idaho)

Positions Available

Foreman – Strong communication, leadership, quality control, and project oversight

Journeyman – Advanced skills, reliable field execution, and professional craftsmanship

Apprentice – Teachable, eager to learn the trade, dependable, and detail-oriented
