· Coordinate closely with the paving crew and support staff to maintain an efficient workflow. For example, signal dump truck drivers for timely asphalt delivery, synchronize operations between the paver, screed, and roller, and adjust the pace of work to match project conditions.
· Assist with additional site tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork to get the job done. This may include setting up traffic control measures, hand-spreading asphalt in tight areas, or performing general cleanup duties to keep the work area safe and orderly.
