Concrete Laborers/ Carpenters and Finishers
Idaho, Boise, 83701 Boise USAWe are currently looking to fill a handful of positions - Need Laborers, Carpenters and Finishers
Minimum 2+ yrs. Industrial/Commercial concrete experience as a laborer, 3+ yrs as a Carpenter or Finisher
Power plant work and factory shut down work experience is a plus.
Experience with multiple finishing tools/processes, engineered forming, a plus!
BENEFITS:
This position is full time.
Wage is dependent on experience/position . ($25 - 40/HR)

Hiring Laborers - $25-30 DOE
Hiring Carpenters - $30-35 DOE
Hiring Finishers - $35-40 DOE
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Pre-Employment UA Required
Safety Oriented – Complete understanding of OSHA and company safety requirements.
Regular attendance required.
May be required to perform tasks from other job descriptions depending on available work and schedules.
Equipment Selection – Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to sit, walk, kneel, stoop, crawl, crouch and balance, frequently.
Ability to speak and hear.
Ability to visually assess concrete in all kinds/types of conditions. Strong Hand- Eye Coordination and Depth Perception
Ability to climb, ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, etc., as well as navigating rough/uneven terrain. Using feet, legs and/or hands/fingers and arms regularly.
Ability to lift, push, or pull 25lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
Ability to sit/stand frequently and/or intermittent periods of time.
May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, concrete saws, surveying and measuring equipment, small equipment, and skid steer loaders.
Perform many tasks that require physical labor on construction sites in all types of weather.
