Auto Sourcing Representative (Entry-Level)

Help us find and acquire quality vehicles for our inventory. No experience required—paid training provided.

Responsibilities:

- Source vehicles from auctions.

- Review condition reports and vehicle history reports

- Assist with pricing, bidding, and basic negotiations

- Coordinate transport and paperwork (titles, bills of sale)

- Keep accurate records in our systems and communicate with internal teams

Training Provided:

- Auction platforms and bidding

- Reading condition reports and estimating basic recon

- Title/document basics and market pricing tools

Requirements:

- Coachable, organized, and comfortable with basic spreadsheets

- Strong communication and follow-through

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Able to travel locally to auctions/sellers

Schedule/Travel:

- Business hours with occasional early mornings; some local/regional travel
