MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN POSITION AVAILABLE!

Looking for a full time maintenance tech for our Property Management company. Must have your own tools and reliable transportation. Will pay mileage. Must have handyman experience and must have a broad range of skills:

-Construction/carpentry experience

-Sprinkler repair

-Sheet rock, drywall and painting

-HVAC experience a plus

-General appliance repair

-Basic plumbing

-Electrical

-Have own basic tools

-Transportation to and from work/Truck or Van is preferred

-Clean criminal background

-Valid drivers license

-Clean driving record
