This position will be located at various (https://www.saintalphonsus.org/find-a-location/locations-results?&LocationDescendants=true) Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) clinics around the Treasure Valley.As a Clinical Operations Supervisor in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will provide clinical leadership for the specialty care clinics within the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) as directed by the SAMG Director of Nursing (DON). You will serve as a dotted line supervisor to provide clinical and regulatory oversight for SAMG RN Leads and Supervisors. You will also assist the SAMG DON in ensuring safe, competent and compassionate patient care is uniformly and consistently provided in all clinics.SCHEDULE: M-F 0800-1700RN:General Requirements:

Minimum of two years of supervisory nursing experience preferably in a physician office setting.

Experience in nursing education and regulatory compliance desirable.

Education:

Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred at time or hire or agreement to obtain BSN within three years of hire into position.

License/Certification:

Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.

All colleagues must provide licensure or proof of application in process for an Oregon RN license within 6 months of the hire date.

Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire.
