Bell Clerk

The base salary for this position is $24.65 hourly. Our Bell Clerk is the master coordinator of the front drive.  As an ambassador of Mauna Lani, he or she leaves the first and last impression upon our guests during their stay.  The Bell Clerk's primary role is to coordinate guest requests for bell service using our internal computer portal, maintain valet keys and give direction and offer support to our guests.  The ideal candidate is outgoing, friendly, warm and helpful.  He or she has a wealth of knowledge about the Big Island and is eager to create lasting memories for our guests.  This position requires high energy, thoughtful communication skills, computer knowledge, and the ability to multitask.
