TAXI DISPATCHER at Kahului Airport

We have full time opening for highly energetic, full of Hoʻokipa personality to join our Ohana as a Taxi Dispatcher.

Position responsibilities includes, but not limited to:

Excellent understanding of passenger ground transportation, Taxi knowledge is ideal

Ability and desire to learn proprietary software

Previous experience in dispatching and scheduling preferred

Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules and routes

Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties

Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time

Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances

Ability to relay information and work well in a fast-paced environment with changing condition

Knowledge of local area helpful

Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and security background check

Excellent listener and great written and verbal communication skills

Keep current on County of Maui Taxi regulations
