Maintenance Mechanic Wanted

About the Role

We are a growing commercial laundry operation serving hotels, property managers, and care facilities across Oʻahu. We are seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to carry out daily and weekly preventative maintenance and to assist with larger scale repairs as necessary.

What You’ll Do

Perform preventive maintenance on washers and dryers

Inspect belts, motors, bearings, valves, and wiring

Lubricate and service equipment on schedule

Catch issues before breakdowns

Perform light mechanical and electrical repairs

Track basic maintenance logs

Assist with breakdowns when needed

Starts part-time

Flexible weekday schedule

Can grow to full-time

Full-time available for those willing to help as a utility during downtime

Utility help may include:

Deliveries

General operations and production support

Facility cleanup and organization

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and detail oriented

Mechanical aptitude required

Industrial or commercial equipment experience preferred

Electrical or plumbing experience is a plus

Able to lift 40–60 lbs

Comfortable working independently
