Maintenance Foreman/HVAC tech needed for a new long term facilities management operation.

Foreman must have HVAC certification and will supervise a general maintenance crew of six FTE's.

Candidates must be able to pass a background check and obtain minimum security clearance.

$47-$50hr plus benefits.
