Building Maintenance Technician full-time (Downtown Oahu)

We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician position located in a multi-story building. Candidate must have a valid driver's license, previous hands-on maintenance experience, light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting experience is required. Able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 30lbs up to 50lbs.

Duties:

- Strong organizational skills.

- Troubleshooting abilities.

- Electrical, mechanical and basic HVAC skills.

- Create and maintain purchase orders.

- Preventative Maintenance experience.

- Excellent customer service skills to interact with property managers, customers, etc.

- Valid Driver's license

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm

Compensation range:

$21 - $25/per hour
