Handyman needed for commercial service calls.

Commercial Handyman Wanted

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Commercial Handyman to join our team. Must be skilled in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)

- Conduct repairs and installations as needed

- Respond to service requests in a timely manner

- Troubleshoot and fix issues in commercial properties

- Ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a handyman or in maintenance roles

- Knowledge of various trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)

- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems

- Strong communication skills

- Reliable transportation and basic tools

- Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

Pay: Based on experience.
