Maintenance Tech

Assist Resident Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in Performing Necessary Repairs and Preventive Maintenance to Apartment Complex Buildings and Property

Available Jobsites: Koloa, Lihue or Princeville

Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00a - 4:30p)

Pay Rate: Starting $21 - $25/hr

Responsibilities:

- Patch and Paint Walls and Doors

- Replace Keys and Weather Stripping

- Repare/Replace Floor Tile and Carpet

- Replace Light Bulbs

- Test/Replace Smoke Alarms

- Perform Annual Inspections of Apartments

- Maintain Tools and Equipment in Safe Working Order

Qualifications:

- 2+ Years of Related Experience

- Basic Knowledge/Skills in Plumbing, Electrical and General Maintenance

- Reliable Transportation
