Painter wanted to do interior wood walls painting of one bedroom home near Hana with Polyurethane finish

Work involves Prep : light sanding with 220 grit sandpaper and patching of wood with wood filler and replacement or addition of some interior wood with new redwood boards: coating two coats of Polyurethane finish with 8 to 12 hours

drying time between the coats.

Replacement of three to four rotten boards on exterior deck with new boards and priming and painting of deck surface and

railings. Painting of front porch landing and steps.

Work at Second house (cottage) on same property
