Lead Carpenter/Foreman-Residential Construction

Our construction company is seeking a “bags on” Lead Carpenter/Foreman to assist & oversee new high-end custom home builds. In this role, you will manage and supervise a crew of carpenters.

Carpenter Foreman Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise a crew of carpenters during all phases of construction

Communicates with General Superintendent on project activity daily

Understand project plans and specifications

Maintains a safe work site by implementing safety guidelines and requirements

Monitors job site cleanliness and hold subcontractors responsible for daily clean-up

Oversee construction of framing

Assign carpentry tasks to crew

Carpenter Foreman Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as lead carpenter/foreman

OSHA 10/30 Certification (recommended)

A valid driver's license

Compensation:

Starts at $45-$60/Depends on Experience
