IT Support Technician (Level 1)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing IT support for our business clientele

Diagnosing hardware, software and networking problems

Providing remote, telephone and onsite support

You must be able to work well with team members and clients

Applicant should have the following qualities:

Self-motivated and organized

A desire to learn new technologies

Able to self-train to preserve professional viability

Confident, efficient and able to remain calm inside stressful situations

Able to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail while performing technically detailed tasks

Must be accountable with an excellent attendance record

Must work well within a team environment

Qualifications/Requirements:

Must have valid driver's license and own a vehicle for use in travelling to/from clientele

Must have clean driving abstract and current auto insurance

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, bend, crouch, or climb for extended periods of time

Full Time position Monday through Friday (7:30am - 4:00pm) with occasionally work after hours or on weekends

Background checks will be performed for all potential candidates
