Zipline Receiving Guide

Aloha,

We are now hiring receiving guides for our zipline eco tour. We are looking for hard-working and enthusiastic Maui residents to safely and efficiently operate our braking system on the ziplines.

Job Description

-Operate braking systems for all guests

-Perform checks on the braking systems, ensuring proper functionality

-Clearly articulate rules and expectations of guests during activity

-Focus on guest satisfaction while prioritizing safety

-Hike through the East Maui jungle while educating and conversing with guests

Job Requirements

-Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform other physically demanding tasks

-Attention to detail

-Ability to multitask

-Excellent customer service

-Flexible availability (weekend availability required)

-Knowledge or interest in local flora and fauna

-Ability to work in outdoor environments

Prior guide or outdoor activity experience is recommended, but not required.
