Spa Soleil and Boutique is the spa operator for the Hyatt Regency Hotel and spa in Kaanapali. We are looking to expand our team front desk personnel. Fantastic working environment - oceanfront / ocean view reception area

Spa Receptionist /concierge main responsibilities:

- Must have a friendly personality and positive attitude meeting and greeting hotel guests.

- Excellent customer service skills a must.

- Booking spa services for hotel guests.

- Checking in spa guests into the spa.

- Processing payments for spa services and retail sales. 10% sales commissions paid on all retail sales!

- Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment for spa guests.

- Locker Room Management.
