Kiser Motorcycles is currently seeking qualified, self-motivated, honest, reliable, full time applicants who value customer service and providing top-notch service! Opportunities in our Service Department.

Service Writer:

Working with customers to schedule work.

Gather information regarding the unit and the problems the customer is experiencing in order to help the Technician to quickly diagnose the problem and recommend the proper repair.

Identify additional services needed to increase their product enjoyment or safety and communicate needs to the customer.

Provide customers with an estimated cost and time needed to complete the repairs.

Submit warranty claims to the manufacturers and make sure the claims are being paid.

Keep customers informed regarding the status of their repairs and any problems that may have arisen that will affect the cost or completion time.

This person will work inside and outside as needed to accommodate customers and check in units needing work.

Must be able to easily and safely move products without causing damage.

Applicants should have powersports experience but we will happy to train the right person. This person will have daily contact with our customers. The love of motorcycles simply cannot be taught.

Requirements:

Dependable

Able to move products as needed

Accurate data input

Motorcycle endorsement is a plus

Outstanding customer service skills and strong communication skills

Excellent selling skills

Basic mechanical knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

High school or equivalent
