Retail Sales Executive

OVERVIEW:

Starlights Hawaii is a new store and product launching in Waikiki, Summer 2024. Developed by Buble Studios, Starlights are beautiful culturally themed night-lights for kids of all ages, making them the perfect gift of friends and family, for visitors to Waikiki.

As a Sales Executive, you'll demonstrate our unique nightlight products, help customers find the product that suits their needs, manage transactions, and ensure our storefront and workspace looks great.

There is no pay cap, so motivated sales executives can make +$40/hour. The position pays a base rate of $15/hour plus sales commissions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable Starlights products.

Conduct demonstrations of the product features and benefits to facilitate sales.

Manage transactions and ensure a smooth checkout process.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, pricing, and promotional activities.

Help maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards.

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the launch.

Provide feedback on customer interactions and suggest improvements for future strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a sales associate or in a customer service role preferred, but not essential.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade.

High energy and enthusiasm, with a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
